RUSSELL TOVEY - No.326

You can't always believe what you read in the press...

You can't trust the press but you can believe what the average Joe is talking about - so here is a round up of some UK chat (the names have been changed to protect the obsessives, the stalkers and the love sick):

Being Human UK Forums

Blink B: Seems quite a few of us tuned into this show on the grounds of Russell Tovey. Glad I did though - it's a cracking series. I too thought Russell was laying it on a bit thick to begin with but the more I see of his character the more his acting makes sense. The way he plays George is so different to the way he played Rudge in the History Boys so he's obviously talented as well as fit. As for George, what can I say? The kind of bloke we can pretty much all relate too, although even I don't have quite that level of self loathing. I just feel incredibly sorry for the bloke - knowing you'll have to go through that agony at every full moon must be awful. Can't wait to see what happens to him…

Happy D: Personally, I think all the characters are fascinating but Russell is definitely a good actor because I haven't once thought of George as Alonso from Doctor Who or that gay guy in Ashes to Ashes! LOL

Pinder P: George is my favourite character on being Human, he is so relatable and the most 'human' of the three (although Annie is down to earth). Russell Tovey brings raw emotion to his character and plays with his own form of humour which just satisfies me...plus he's crackin' to look at. He steals every episode.
