Russell mucking about on one the filming locations for The History Boys in 2006 - Fountains Abbey, Studley Royal Park, Ripon, North Yorkshire.
NB. Ripon is where my Allen ancestors came from before marrying into the Hopes of Bishop Auckland who married the Pickerings of West Rainton. This branch of my family moved to Australia back in the 1860s.
