Rusty and Kaya Scodelario got to present the BBC Switch Live Award 2009 for Best Movie which went to Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince.
Rusty waited patiently for questions from the presenter. Eventually she asked him, "Could you play a nasty villain?" To which he said, "Yes". Then she asked Russ, "Who did you think is the nastiest villain in films?"
Russell smiled wryly and answered, "Nick Nack". The presenter looked bemused, she had no idea!The vertically challenged Nick Nack was played by Hervé Villechaize, the co-star of Fantasy Island TV series. Nick Nack is the second villain of The Man With The Golden Gun one of the early James Bond movies.
One question - why hasn't Russell Tovey been showered with awards? He's always brilliant no exceptions.
