In 2001 Russell Tovey played an army recruit flag boy [signalman] in the movie The Emperor's New Clothes. In his role he had to learn the colours for signals and then go put them into practice. In the movie they only used the red and black flags for effect. The movie is based on the premise that Napoleon went on to have another life after he allegedly died.
