Proud parents George and Carole Tovey
This is an old photo of Russell's parents more recent ones are back at post No.258.
In an act of charitable goodwill Russell's parents auctioned off some prime seats to the Will Young concert held at Billericay Essex in July 2010. According to a couple of my blog contributors Carole is a tireless supporter of her son and can talk for hours about Rusty.
