This week, Russell Tovey promised to babysit a feline belonging to his friend Matthew Cain while Matt's in New York. The feline is called Nelly. She is a pedigree Russian Blue.
I asked Matt ages ago to post a pic of Nelly for the blog. Matt said he would but didn't have the capabilities to do so with the phone he used.
I kept urging Russell that it would be great to post a pic of himself with Nelly because people with their pets are good for public relations...nothing more comforting than seeing your favourite star with their pets, right?
So, it's few days later and Russ has not posted one, so I mocked one up and sent it out on Twitter. For an unknown reason on the 13th of December 2010 it trended on Twitter! The Twitterverse is strange at times is all I can say.
