THE GERMAN INVASION

Above: The Eurostar Train from Paris to London via the English Chunnel carrying Tom Markstahler who is back from Germany for another visit to the UK to meet up with the #FamousFive.

Tommy left Germany at 7.22am on the 2.12.2011 and was in London by 1.30pm. Tom Markstahler and I have stayed in the Barkston Gardens area of London in the same hotels at approx. the same time when we've visited London - only he and I have never met!!! We have walked past each other for years but didn't know until recently when I sent him a photo of Mrs Oz standing on the steps of the hotel where he stayed...of course I come from Oz and Tom Markstahler comes from Germany...small world eh!

Tom Markstahler [@TMarkstahler] is meeting up with Mark Merrett [@MarkMMerrett] the artist who draws all the terrific pictures for the Tovey blog, he's also meeting Russell Tovey's former drama coach Pat Ledwith [@demelza2], and Andrew [@rudehamster] but sadly not me this year - that will not happen for a few more years yet [@Tom_in_Oz_] .
